Risby Parish Council
Meetings usually take place on the first Thursday in January, March, May, July, September and November in the Gift Horse Room in Risby Village Hall at 7.15p.m. except the May meeting which starts at 7pm. Parish Council meetings will start with an Open Forum. This is an opportunity for residents to speak to councillors informally about any items on the agenda.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held remotely via Zoom at 7pm. Members of the public are invited to join the meeting and can speak to councillors during the Open Forum at the start of the meeting. They can then observe the Parish Council meeting but are not permitted to speak to councillors when the meeting is in progress. Risby's Annual Parish Meeting usually takes place in May. This is an open meeting for all electors of Risby and is an opportunity to ask questions relating to village affairs. Due to the current lockdown rules, the Annual Parish Meeting will no longer take place however reports can be viewed on the Annual Parish Meeting page of this website.
